SIX DAYS TREKKING IN THE LOITA HILLS (NEAR MAASAI MARA)

Your walk is escorted by Maasai guide and porters who will carry your luggage and the basic camping equipment. For your effort you will be rewarded with a view of the magnificent landscape and the traditional Maasai people in the Loita Hills.

DAY 1
Nairobi 9.00 a.m. drive to Narok for lunch then further to Morijo. Start trekking 2-3 hours to the first camp.

DAY 2
Walk through Masai land, camp at a water place.

DAY 3
Walk again for about 4 hours. You may see gazelles, hartebeest…

DAY 4
Walk in thick forest using the elephant path for 5-6 hours to a waterfall. Camp nearby.

DAY 5
Follow the river for the last camp.

DAY 6
Descend the escarpment early. Meet the car at Nguruman back to Nairobi. What's included: Transport by our Safari vehicles, food, tents, guide/cook and porters You need: big and small rucksack, sleeping bag/mat,clothes,water, good weather!.
