Day 1: Nairobi – Mount Kenya National Park

The 8 Days Mt. Kenya/ Sweetwaters/Nakuru/Naivasha/ Masai Mara Safari departs from Nairobi at 8am (OR EARLIER). Drive Northwards to the lush foothills of snow-capped Mount Kenya – Africa’s second highest mountain, arriving at the Lodge in time for lunch, you will relax in the balconies and lounges which provides superb vantage point (Viewing Bunker) for game viewing at the water hole.

Nestled in the foothills between Aberdare and Mount Kenya National Park, the lodge is famous for its high perches and balconies, overlooking a salt lick and waterhole. Here we will enjoy the finest in high-altitude game viewing. Overnight at the Serena Mountain Lodge,

Day 2: Mount Kenya – Drive to Ol Pajeta/ Sweetwaters Conservancy

After breakfast, travel to the exotic Ol Pejeta Ranch and Rhino Reserve called Sweet waters Game Reserve. Here you meet the primates’ face-to-face. The camp also overlooks one of the busiest waterholes in the area and offers elephant, giraffe and myriad plains game.

Day 3: Ol Pajeta/ Sweetwaters – Nakuru
Enjoy an early breakfast and then Drive south to Lake Nakuru National park, enter the park through Lanet gate and proceed with game viewing en-route to the lodge for lunch. Afternoon game drive in the park that is home to black and white rhino. It is also a home for more than 450 species of birds including the lesser and greater flamingos, pelicans, African fish eagles and many others. Dinner and overnight at Lanet Matfarm Resort, /  Lake Nakuru lodge.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha

0600 Hours: Early morning safari game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park followed by breakfast. Thereafter drive to Lake Naivasha a boat ride with a picturesque view of Mount Longonot, hippos, over 400 species of birds on the island including pelicans, African fish eagles, African darter, cormorants and the lesser flamingos which are migratory). Dinner & overnight at Taphe Guest Resort, / Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge,

Day 5: Lake Naivasha —Masai Mara Game Reserve
After breakfast drive through the sceneries of The Great Rift Valley to the Maasai Mara National Reserve. After lunch proceed to a game drive to see the Big Five: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino.  Residents ain this reserve are Masai Giraffe, Buffalo, Eland and thousands of plain game including Impala, Zebra, Topi, both Thomson’s and grants Gazelles.

Day 6: Masai Mara Game Reserve
After breakfast set out with picnic lunch for a full day game drive. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. Masai Mara remains the most exciting wildlife eco-system in the world.

Picnic lunch is served at the Hippo and crocodile pool after which you will continue with game viewing until you return to the Lodge/ Camp for overnight.

Day 7: Masai Mara Game Reserve
A full day in Masai Mara with morning and evening game drives. This is the day you can take a hot Air balloon (US$ 450 to see wildlife on a bird’s eye view. In between the meals you can opt for a Masai Village visit or a nature walk with the Masai Warriors, all at an extra cost.

Day 8: Masai Mara Game Reserve –Nairobi

Early morning tea/coffee or Hot chocolate then depart for a morning game drive. Breakfast will be served at the camp/ lodge, depart by road to Nairobi with game viewing en-route. Arrive at around 1 pm having enjoyed  8 Days Mt. Kenya/ Sweetwaters/Nakuru/Naivasha/ Masai Mara
